I saw that you are in Germany, I'm not sure how robust this option is there but here in France, I've been getting into what auction houses sell as well. Fine jewelry that is already made doesn't really have great resale value unless the gems are really rare or the gold count is high or the metal is platinum.Currently on the hunt for a citrine ring with a yellow gold band and I think I might buy one and then have the band slightly modified. Haven't decided what kind of shape of stone I want just yet.

Thanks for the links, I will definitely have a look! I also like yellow gold jewelry a lot, though rose-gold suits me the best. There is this certain type of rose-gold with a lower copper content that does not look too red, but more like yellow-gold with a rosy undertone. I love this type the most, but it's next to impossible finding it second-hand.

I just bought three blazers, a little black dress, a pair of pants, and one jumpsuit. (Plus a white turtleneck, and underwear which don’t count). So it seems I have already gone over the number. When does the season end because online shopping is the only thing getting me through all this pandemic time at home? Lol.

The seasons are currently thrown out the window with so much else right now. I say go for whatever gets you through!

Yes, 5 items seem so much, but they are bought so fast! I'm at item 1 now, for Spring/Summer this year; I just bought a preowned Miu Miu bag a few days ago

So since I started in Jan, I decided that I was starting with fall/winter. I am doing OK-ish.

This is what I put in another thread as my near term fashion goals.

Purchases so far:
  • Gold earrings hoop-is earrings
  • Blush pink wool coat (I am tempted not to count this one, as it has been on my list for a few years - non neutral, dark colored winter jacket)
  • black moto leather jacket
  • Eileen Fisher silk crepe pants (impulse buy on clearance)
  • royal blue satin jumpsuit (this was an impulse - mystery box from Universal Standard - the one keeper)
  • denim shirt dress from Target - this is TBD, I ordered and it is on the way
