Do you have flat eyelids or do you have deep set eyes? It's hard to find shu in the states now!

I would say I probably have deep set, large eyes. I am always trying to find the very best products for my eyelashes though as I'm very picky with them. I have very long eyelashes but they are stick straight and don't like to hold a curl. The LMDB curler is amazing--It doesn't crimp them at all and my eyelashes really held the curl (I used it at first without mascara during the day, and they still held the curl). I also liked how "soft" it felt (it's hard to describe, but the curler didn't feel stiff like my Shu one did). Lastly, I sometimes have a hard time getting all of my lashes in curlers (since they are so long I'll get randoms sticking out and then i'll have some curled and a few straight ones), but the LMDB one worked great.

I really am in love with this curler. I've used a shu curler (2 dif ones) for the last 4 years or so, but this one blows it out of the water!!

Wow!! Thank you for the detailed information! I'll have to go check it out.

You're welcome...and I know this is a bit OT from the thread, but I think I just figured out what makes it better than Shu's (I compared them side by side). LMDB's curler isn't quite as "curved" as Shu's is. Depending on a person's eye type I think this makes it a better fit (does that make sense?) LMDB's is still curved (very close to Shu's), just not as dramatic. And since it isn't quite as curved I think it makes it a *tiny* bit longer (so it can get all the lashes), but this is barely noticeable.

(can you tell I'm obsessed with this new curler :P) Ok, back on topic...I promise!

....I think I need it! I have non-curved eyes!
