OOOOOOOOOOH I like it!!!! For those wondering, the shade of purple is darker than Purple Iris and UltraViolet, but not nearly as dark as Marine. Its a lovely dark purple (I returned a Rhyder in this color yesterday). I may take a serious look at this one, I need a weekend purse!

Oh....how much was this pretty bag and are you able to measure it? Many thanks!

Thank you for the kind compliments and letting everyone know more about this particular shade of violet. I will still aim to post a comparison shot soon, but your description is very helpful! The bag was $650. I didn't measure it myself yet, but ltbag has the same one in black and she did, stating it's about 13 1/2 to 13 3/4 inches long and just under 11 inches high. Hope that helps!

This is beautiful!!! Congrats! :)

I'm curious, though...this violet looks like the same shade that the Rhyder Violet comes in. I'm just curious why some like this particular style in the violet as opposed to the Rhyder's violet. Is the leather very different? TIA
