I am not uploading the picture of the receipt but on it the code for the Birkin is 256734CC and I understand from reading another thread that the CC is code for gold hardware (which this is not). Also I am dubious as the craftsmen stamp shown here is used on fakes and the key number as well.

This looks authentic. The 36 cm refers to the width of the bag, not the height, BTW.

I am familiar with the seller who mostly sells Chanel clothing. The bag is authentic. I think it is priced too high for age and condition. I hardly think this is priced that much below current pricing.

If you are interested, you need to get a pic of the date stamp to know how old it is. Try to negotiate.

it looks authentic at first blush, but more detailed pics of the bindstamp and interior are needed if you decide to pursue.
