j'adore.d thank you for your input - whilst everyone here welcomes help from those that are efficient to authenticate, as someone who has popped up out of nowhere and new to the Forum, you seem to be authenticating items where there are either insufficient photos to actually determine authenticity, or dubious auctions where eBay have even pulled them.

Also, I wonder if you are aware that a very lovely member here was fired by Hermes (he was working in a store in north america) because basically he was a member here.

If I may ask, please post in English--a requirement here. I do read French, and I see that you are commenting on the purse first brought to our attention here by Jasmine in post #4162. Your post begins with an exact translation into French of her original question in that post. Though you say at the bottom of your post that it is authentic, others here have described it as fake, and I find I am in agreement with them when I go back to that post and look at the images. Personally, this bag does not give me warm and cuddly feelings of authenticity...

I am a little confused about the post you make about the authenticity of the two Lindys (the etoupe and the orange), because of what is happening when I click on the links. When I click on the links in your post, both show that they have been removed by eBay. For some reason, when I click on the links in the original post inquiring about these bags (post #4171), both links come up. Clueless about why this is happening with these two sets of links to what appear to be the same auctions.


Hermes employees do not make their presence known here; the house of Hermes does not, I believe, condone any self-identification by any Hermes employee. Perlerare is correct!

Right, it hasn't been pulled. Note that if you click a link and the item appears to have been pulled by eBay, check the message on the page - if it's this: This listing () has been removed... with nothing between the parentheses, then it's just a broken link from being copied within this thread. If the item really has been pulled by eBay, it will have the item number between the parens.
