So, upon receiving many pearls of wisdom from veteran experts here like perlerare and gracekelly, I took some time to really go through some of the reference threads to see, appreciate and understand the quality of the Birkin and what I really wanted in terms of leather, etc.

I finally then came across a private seller (reputable Korean lady in Koreatown) who had one for sale. She stood behind its authenticity 100 percent.

I still plan on taking this to H this weekend, but my angst won't allow me to wait another day (or two) and would love y'all's thoughts one more time. Thank you again in advance, for your opinions and pearls of wisdom!

Note: I have taken probably more photos than necessary so this will be in three posts as there are 15 photos... just in case.

Comments: Please do take careful note of the "Hermes" stamp on leather on front, and also the font on the buckle; those were the areas I would particularly like examined as with my limited knowledge I can't tell if that font was consistent with the year (G). Thank you!
