2nd piece - match or not?

Hi everyone, I have a Neverfull in DE and will be getting a Speedy next.

I can't decide whether to get it in DE to have a matching set, or another style for variety.

Opinions? Thanks!

I personally would get it in another style for the variety. You’re not going to wear them both at the same time, so there’s no need to match them.

I think what you should consider is the leather. DE has dark leather trim so it’s a little more carefree than the monogram or DA version. I would consider more about your life style than the print of the bag. I Am horrible about keeping the vachetta clean so my speedy b is a mess. Because of that I have been buying DE bags or empreinte bags.

I would go with a different canvas, maybe DE. I would only care about a matching set if I was purchasing an SLG to wear with the other bag.

It shouldn't be so much about matching so much as it should be about your personal lifestyle/preferences. If you're not fazed by an "imperfect" patina on your vachetta but would rather have diversity, then go with either mono or DA, but if you're just wanting a carefree bag then run with DE again. SLGs are awesome for incorporating different prints/materials though

Get a different canvas, or try and get your speedy in empreinte. Speedy in leather is very pretty.
