@whateve , charlie looks so happy with his rose![]()
Charlie is absolutely extraordinary and so handsome ♥️He's huge! We think about 150 pounds. I haven't been very good at taking new photos of him or saving them. The last photo I have saved is from 2018. When I went out to take these photos just now, he looked at me like he was expecting a treat so I gave him a rose.

The bags are beautiful, but you really styled them well too.💯

I usually darn all holes first with a matching colour thread and use the embroidery to cover up my not very neat but effective darning. When you do scribbling with embroidery thread do you have to patch a small hole first or can I just embroider the hole closed?
Today must have been a tidy up day. I sorted through my wardrobe, too, took things back to their racks in the attic and basement and organized my shoes. Afterwards I made a bunch of new shoulder covers for clothes on hangers from an old tablecloth and a random fabric remnant. This morning I foam-cleaned the carpets in four rooms, let it dry and vacuumed. Then I brushed them with my cat's comb to bring the pile bak up (sorry Dini)., Then I washed the non-carpeted floors and watered the garden.
Then I went food shopping and promptly fell asleep after lunch.
Then I moved the furniture around so I can at least play the piano again and sit watching the park/tennis courts. I had to rejig my wardrobe and have decided more things must go. I also have completely rehang everything: Long with long; short over short. How did it all get so mixed-up?
I feel quite pleased with myself. The only bad thing today was my neighbour has put in some animal deterrent frequency device in his garden. He's put it away from his and closer to me. I think I shall go mad if I have to listen to it every day.
Dini doesn't like the new lay out 😹 . My garden bench broke that's in the lavender garden so Dini is already upset with me. I have a fence to mend (a badger broke in - hence neighbour's new tech) and now the bench too. What is it with my garden this year?
One more bag gone (just a donation). Lots of clothes out too.
Thank you!Congratulations, it's a big milestone and people forget that it's a huge day for the parents and not just the bride and groom.
You looked trés chic in emerald. Absolutely perfect.
Thanks! So that is what I will do. I appreciate the help.I usually darn all holes first with a matching colour thread and use the embroidery to cover up my not very neat but effective darning.
You are SO talented!❤️❤️Today must have been a tidy up day. I sorted through my wardrobe, too, took things back to their racks in the attic and basement and organized my shoes. This way you make sure the fabric is structually sound and you know how big an area needs covering up.Thanks! So that is what I will do. I appreciate the help.
... just frugal... but thank you very much for your kindness! You are SO talented!❤️❤️
