Update on my Alma - I tried emailing client services in the middle of the night (yes I know 😂) to cancel, worried I wouldn't get another.
I texted my CA the photos and she confirmed the bag IS defective. Her words not mine.
She said the handle looks defective and there's a dent in the bottom that could have happened during distribution. I see it as a mark, not a dent.
That said she doesn't know if she's going to be able to get me another bag, so I'm going to sit tight, not return it when UPS come and see what she can do when she's back tomorrow.
Could really do without the stress and the extra charge on my card if I order another, but if there's no chance, then I'll live with it as the bag and the print is gorgeous.
