This Alma looks so much better here than on the website. I've gone from been a 6 out of 10 to a 9 out of 10. Its lovely.

Hiii - was super lucky in the end as my lovely CA invited me to the pop-up launch party! They replaced the zipper pulls on my vintage bag! 🥰 Will share some more photos of the event. Lots of stock but it goes fast. The pop-up is here for a month and they are priority 1 for more stock in London (above the other stores), so worth a visit if you’re looking for something in particular.
My order from 3rd Jan for the Speedy 25 is also still pending validation…
I went to the pop up store (Singapore) today and nothing in my list was available nor orderable - phone holder, passport cover, pencil case, romy, 90 silk.
Was also told there that tokens were very limited and they've ran out of new ones so they're recycling the ones already used in the machine for paying customers to play. So I've decided not to play and keep my 2 new tokens from in-store purchase last week. They'd be nice collectors piece if indeed limited. I'm thinking to maybe attach a chain and make it to a cool necklace 😊
Came home with just a TM coffee cup and napkin 😂

Update on my Alma - I tried emailing client services in the middle of the night (yes I know 😂) to cancel, worried I wouldn't get another.
I texted my CA the photos and she confirmed the bag IS defective. Her words not mine.
She said the handle looks defective and there's a dent in the bottom that could have happened during distribution. I see it as a mark, not a dent.
That said she doesn't know if she's going to be able to get me another bag, so I'm going to sit tight, not return it when UPS come and see what she can do when she's back tomorrow.
Could really do without the stress and the extra charge on my card if I order another, but if there's no chance, then I'll live with it as the bag and the print is gorgeous.

Reading this I am relieved I ordered the slightly less popular Alma and got it already. I was torn between the two.
But I would order the Speedy 25 now in addition without thinking twice once I see it available again. It grows on me despite the metal corners.

Thank you! I actually like the Alma more, but I have the Kusama one and it is so tiny, I barely can take it for a night out. So Speedy 25 it was. 😅 The black one size would have been better, but I don‘t like the black MC with the silver hardware.
No packaging at all. My store said they didn’t get any and the customer assistance line wasn’t much help. You may have better luck, though!
Oh yes- a thirty speedy B in black/gold would have been the IT bag!
The Alma is definitely a fuzzy little bag.
A bit difficult to wear on the strap (because of the diagonal attachment at the handles) and getting stuff in and out while on the shoulder is also not that easy. And it IS small. But hey it fits more than my Chanel mini square! 😃
And it is just so pretty chic and cute that I am 100% willing to deal with those cons 😂
I just collected my noir nano Speedy and was pleasantly surprised. I got the murakami paper bag, plenty of stickers, ribbon, onion man tag and the mc silk paper. The bag itself is wonderful! So happy and grateful 🥹🫶 I will post photos later when I finally arrive home. This in EU Finland, online order ordered the 3.1.
I wanted the Speedy 25 from the beginning because it’s the best size for me. All other bags are either too small or too big or with an open top. And I didn‘t order any SLG because I have so many and I‘m only using one of them. But I love to see them in all the pictures shared in this forum
Sorry this has been such a huge hassle, but the Alma is a standout, so I hope this will work out! If they cant get you another one, maybe they can at least replace the handles.

Sorry to hear that 😢. I ordered the white s-lock ring yesterday when it was restocked - was cancelled a few minutes later. Tried again, got cancelled an hour ago. My last try was a few minutes ago. Also, I talked to my SA yesterday an he said the collection is now limited to two items per customer. This might be the reason for the cancellations?
