It seems a strange move. It's almost setting customers up for disappointment when they don't receive the same.

For the ridiculous markup on this collection, absolutely there should have been special dust bags and packaging for every purchase. This is LVMH being cheap and it gets me upset - a limited collection of a luxury product should have distinct packaging.

This is very good news but YES they can and sometimes do cancel right up until the article has been shipped. I am still in Pending Validation Limbo on 3 of the 4 items my CA ordered in store on 1/3 - the bag charms. I REALLY hope they don't get auto-cancelled.

She told me yesterday the items have been pulled and it is simply taking a lot of time to ship them due to the extremely high demand. But, I've been here before on other launches so I won't relax until I have a shipper tracking number!

Ugh! I won’t get excited until it’s in my hands lol. I was only able to order one thing and my CA said she couldn’t order the Rosalie for me yet but from what I’m reading everywhere it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to order it anytime soon, if ever. I was really hoping for just one small thing from this collection :sad:
