Sorry if this has been asked before, however does anyone know if its possible to pre-order without a purchase history? I'm not a big LV fan, so I've never shopped there, but I've been eyeing one or two of the multicolor silk scarves đź‘€ (And maybe some of the dog accessories if I'm feeling extra haha)
no, unfortunately not at the moment. it's only open to the 50K+ a year spending clients presently.

Yeah I think the black is a little more versatile too in terms of wear. I keep seeing comments on the prices, it’s about a $500-$600 (generally speaking on the lower level bags, the speedys and neverfulls I’m not sure) markup on most of the MC pieces vs their regular counterparts. Given the hype and nostalgia around this I actually think that’s fair. I think it would be kind of weird if they were priced identically, also assuming Takashi Murakami gets a cut of the revenue as well so it seems pretty reasonable to me. I was excited there were bags priced under 4K to be honest I thought I was going to get priced out. I also don’t see the takashi Murakami collab as the same as normal LV canvas at all, I think it’s a lot more elevated? Interesting? Not sure of the word I want to use here lol but it’s definitely cooler than normal monogram.
I think black MC is great because it's just a black bag, but with a twist of whimsy. So it's a win-win.

In terms of prices, no I don't think of the MC pieces are higher level. I remember MC was a fad, then shortly afterwards, no one carried them, until recent years when celebrity children started the trend.

So my greatest fear is, I buy a piece, then in a year or two, I just put it away forever.

question for the north americans.

is the canadian stock and the american stock of product separate or the same? like, is there an allocated stock for canadians and an allocated stock for americans? or do orders go through the same stock pool?
I think they are different, and I say so because when I order online from the CA website or through online SA (who are all physically based in the US), order originates from somewhere in ON. I think it's same geographic market (just like Asia) but different stock pools.

Agree. Also, sometimes things are out of stock in one country and available in the other.

I totally get that, I was wearing my grandmas original MC when no one was wearing it tho I don’t really care about the trends. Plus yeah the black being just a black bag with a twist is def how I see those
