Please take lots of photos of LV in Japan to share.
I wonder if the store itself and the shelves will look different. It must be, after all it's a Japanese artist. They must do it bigger and better! Arghh....I'm so jealous, I'm planning to go to Japan for business in May (no firm dates yet). Maybe the cerise will still be around but I don't know.
I was there in January, have added pics on my IG in this post and under Highlights
The amazing thing was, the Epi Japan only purses were still widely available throughout my trip, at multiple stores. I was really hesitant to get swept up in FOMO, and didn't buy anything as I wasn't into the collection back then. I grew up seeing the Multicolour ranges oversaturated everywhere. It honestly gave me a headache!
So of course I got back and ended up buying 2 pieces at a higher price at home from the collection

but I'm still glad I held back. I had plenty of time on opening day at Omotesando to really look at the SLGs and things, and as beautiful as they were, none made my heart sing. I also saved funds for the rest of the trip getting even rarer stuff from local Japanese places and like Sacai and Vivienne Westwood, so it's all good

plus, the vintage shopping there really is insane!! Many of the vintage stores like Qoo and Amore Vintage are around the corner from LV Omotesando! Allow time for queuing.
The main thing for MC was the Cat Street store popup and separate LV cafe. I would have bought a drink, but it was like a 35min wait for a latte! We went elsewhere but I took pics. Next time I would definitely love to visit Cafe Zingaro! And I'm sure you'll get to see some Murakami stuff when you go

most of the LVs I went to were surprisingly displayed similarly to around the world. The popups are the main difference. Not sure if sakura or cerises will have LV popups in Japan.
Oh, and there was a subway underpass at Harajuku which had Murakami illustrations for LV (i didn't see but it'll be on Takashi's Insta), and Shibuya station had loads of Zendaya LV images on the pillars.
Let us know if you see anything, and have a great trip!
