I woke up at 4:45am for the pre-launch and papillon never showed as available on the app for me, even though a few other items did. It hit an error every time :(

I also tried calling Client Services Friday morning and it took an hour to connect to a rep. Sounded like they were completely cleaned out of handbags, and I’ve heard from others that any remaining inventory is going to the select stores for launch day. I don’t think I can risk the cost and heartbreak of paying for airfare and hotel to travel to another city just to not getting anything, because it’s unclear whether things can also be reserved for prestige clients. I’m checking the app daily anyway!
Omg, that sounds very rough and disappointing. Totally understand you don’t want to take that risk with traveling. Seems like in the EU this drop was a lot less competitive (for some pieces). Sad that calling didn’t work out either.

I am home a lot with sick leave, so I will try and see if I can work my magic.
I am chronically online anyway lol :coolio:.
 
Has anyone in the US receive a “back in stock notification” for any items in the CB collection?
I got one in app for the pink bandeau the day after while asleep, but didnt get one from the text/email sign up.
Seeing the in-hand photos and how light it is only reaffirms that as the top choice over the brown i managed to check out with. Expect to see another round online on friday for the official launch. Not calling it a restock since last friday was the "pre-launch" and this week will be the official launch. Although wouldnt be surprised if stock is much less than the prelaunch. Maybe select pieces from the multicolor will also restock at the same time to spread availability of the collab.
 
Does anyone have an item from the old and new cherry blossom collection and can confirm if there is a color difference between the two? It seems like the colors on the new cherry blossoms are more vibrant and have a purple hue to them. It looks more like a bubblegum pink.

Does anybody plan to treat the vachetta on their CB piece? Not sure if it’s the lighting in pictures but the vachetta seems particularly light on the speedy 25. Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow and I can’t wait!

I personally love a honey look to the vachetta and wonder if spraying (with apple guard?) will keep it from changing. I’ve never treated the vachetta on any of my bags before.
I too have the CB Speedy and want to treat the vechetta. I actually have apple guard but too scared to use it.

Ditto here. Hangbags were all gone. I had three screens open in the digital waiting room - only thing that ever showed up was a bandeau, no bags. Client services didnt open til 6am PST and I waited 52 minutes. When I finally got someone they were able to secure the fluffy charm on the third try but every handbag was GONE.

Same!! It was so rough. I hope there will be more stock Friday that we can actually order. I managed to order PA to have it cancelled a few moments later
 
My CA just texted me today with the info below:

"I can potentially get the cherry blossom pieces you’re interested in. I will need deposit today to have DC city center to place the order on 3/19. I won’t know until 3/22 if you secured the piece, if not you will get a full refund."

Not sure how he managed to do that but it is a deposit without order through my local store (not one of the 7 that will receive physical pieces on launch day). He did say because my store isn't one of the 7, that only means my store is not able to order pieces directly. There's a chance that my store could receive random pieces on launch day to sell but there's no confirmation on that. He also said whatever the store gets are reserved for walk-in customers. Have to be physically present to buy and no holding.
