So my card has been now been charged after a few days of pending but my order still says ā€˜Pending Order Validation’ - does that mean I’ll eventually get my item or is there still a chance it’ll be cancelled? Sorry first time LV purchase šŸ¤—

Hopefully it’s a good sign - but with this status they are normally trying to allocate the stock to you .. so it may be still being made or in another warehouse. When it moves to order in prep, it normally means they have your piece and it will be shipped soon ā˜ŗļø however as it’s not been cancelled yet I would keep šŸ¤žšŸ¼ it will move soon!
 
Hi, do you know why in Europe (I'm from Spain) there isn't as much variety in items like shoes, purses, the pink bandeau...? I got the pink toiletry bag (I bought it on Friday but it's still being validated), although I wanted the pink Alma, but it's out of stock... I hope they increase the stock😭😭😭

Aw that’s good - my mindset is if there’s a possible restock on Friday then my order might begin to move then but even it if takes longer than that as long as it’s allocated I’m happy ā˜ŗļø

I ordered it on Sunday so I guess so far so good as it hasn’t been cancelled šŸ¤žšŸ»
 
My order is in transit now, but I haven’t received an email with shipping confirmation. Is this normal?
I chose the click & collect option.

I only got the shipping notice email when my click and collect order arrived and ready to pick up at the store. I didn’t receive an email when my order was in transit status.
 
Does anybody plan to treat the vachetta on their CB piece? Not sure if it’s the lighting in pictures but the vachetta seems particularly light on the speedy 25. Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow and I can’t wait!

I personally love a honey look to the vachetta and wonder if spraying (with apple guard?) will keep it from changing. I’ve never treated the vachetta on any of my bags before.

I woke up at 4:45am for the pre-launch and papillon never showed as available on the app for me, even though a few other items did. It hit an error every time :(

I also tried calling Client Services Friday morning and it took an hour to connect to a rep. Sounded like they were completely cleaned out of handbags, and I’ve heard from others that any remaining inventory is going to the select stores for launch day. I don’t think I can risk the cost and heartbreak of paying for airfare and hotel to travel to another city just to not getting anything, because it’s unclear whether things can also be reserved for prestige clients. I’m checking the app daily anyway!
