Hello Everyone!
Im considering the Pumpkin Boulogne. Do you think the corners will hold up ok?
Hey hun! The corners on my classic Boulogne noir don’t show any signs of wear. However I agree with @gwendo25 that the print on the Kusama one might wear off with time … but the Kusama one is so pretty - it’s a hard choice! Please let us know what you decide.:hbeat:

Mine are holding up just fine on the regular Boulogne. I would worry about this version also, as it may be susceptible to the design wearing off if you use it a lot.

Thank you my dear friends for the input! The design rubbing off is my main concern. The bag seems to be the perfect size.
I have so many bags that I do rotate them, but I think Ill use it a lot Oct and Nov.

One more question my dear friends!
My essentials are a full mini pochette, Felicie card holder, 4 key holder, & phone. This makes changing bags so quick for me. (Unfortunately this ensemble does not work in my smaller bags, the card holder is too wide. I have to work on it, I know too many cards.)20230522_234258.jpg

Will this easily work in the Boulogne?

Thanks hun! So I decided to go for Boulogne :ghi5:
I’ve shared my reasons for going for her in another thread, but here’s a quick overview - the most important aspects for me were that Boulogne is:
- carefree (no rain stains, no color transfer),
- larger than Felicie but smaller than the speedy 25 to fill this gap in my collection,
- offers different strap options (shoulder and crossbody) and a dressy chain,
- sits comfy on the body,
- is versatile and perfect for the transition from day to night.

My Boulogne arrived yesterday

I’m also surprised by how spacious this bag is - here are the items I put inside (plus my iPhone 12) and there was still room left on the top for sunnies, etc.

I couldn’t wait to wear her out, so she has already been in action today:

Hey! For those who have had their Boulogne bags a while now, how is yours holding up? I bought mine in October last year and wore it regularly for a few months until it started to develop the same issue that a couple of other people have had here, with the canvas on one side becoming rippled/dented all over. It was smooth when I bought the bag, so has developed over time. I'm really kicking myself for not getting in touch with LV about it as I doubt that they would do anything now. Having seen that I'm not the only one with the exact same problem, I wonder if it's a fault with this bag or the batch of canvas?

Hi! I’ve had mine since August of last year and it’s my main bag and I’ve carried it everywhere in rain wind etc, even the pumpkin patch LOL. I haven’t seen any issues with mine. Do you have pics? I can check if mine if has the same issue you’re talking about just to be sure.

I got mine during initial release (2021) and the canvas has softened a little since then so one side does fold slightly but nothing major. I actually prefer it now. Sorry to hear yours has ripples and dents :( I believe you can still reach out to LV to see what your options are.

I would still contact them or stop in store and show them . They may do something for you…

I got my Boulogne in September 2022. Mine has also developed this lines / dents over time. Unfortunately my SA didn’t consider it as a defect, but declared it to be normal wear & tear …
