2018 resolution - shopping my own bag and wallet collection. Any one else?

i am doing well, one more bag sold in the consignment, i really hope more will sell before the holidays season is over!

Not doing too well, TBH! :shocked: For the most part, I’ve been too insanely busy to do any shopping — including Christmas shopping for DH or my family. BUT, I did do a little “stress shopping” at the Longchamp sale, and walked away with two small crossbody bags and a scarf — all of which my DH looked at and predicted I’ll never wear. So frustrating. It’s Sale so no returns. I will probably gift one of the bags and the scarf to my sister for Christmas. The other bag I do really like and bought so I can try the small-crossbody-with-a-backpack thing. So, one in for December, although it was an impulse thing and I’m kind of kicking myself a bit. :annoyed:

I’m also still waiting for stuff to sell at local consignment. Hope your bags sell soon!

At least you have two more gifts from buying that stuff. You may end up really liking the crossbody . I hope everyone's bags sell . The thought of my closet filling back up with all those bags is depressing. I am not buying any replacement bags that work better until the original bags go.

I am going to wear the papillon again today. I never ended up leaving the house yesterday. The last minute dh offered to run my errands if I did all the work at home. Do you count the bag as worn if you never actually left the house but your bag was loaded and ready to go. I have not in the past.

I finally got my motion detection light installed in the ceiling of my walk in closet so I am not tripping all over myself and having klutz-tastrophes all the time! And I get to admire my purse wall when I walk in. Here it is! 3 dozen beauties. The photo doesn’t show so clearly the bottom row of Taupes , especially the two-in-one-slot Massaccesis (Angelica and midi soulmate). Even more unclear is the next row up of Blacks, Tans, 2 Striped Neutral Fendis, also because there are two bags per square there. Those Just Campagne black bags just do not show up at all in photos, and the tan Celine behind the Mulberry barely shows up either. Anyways, this wall makes me happy! My music stand and flute hanging on it hardly looks aesthetic but really it’s the best place for it. Above the backpack are my 2 shelves for jewelry/hair accessories.

It looks wonderful. I wish I had one closet they all fit in like yours. Mine are in all different places, but at least they are as neatly placed as yours.
