I. Adore. This. Little. Bag!

I love that she’s completely different from anything I own. She’s a great addition to my collection!

Mr. S wanted to brighten my spirits after the surgeries which were really weighing on me the past couple of days. I was beginning to hold a massive pity party which just isn’t me.

He said he bought this specific bag to help break me out of my “it must be perfectly practical but also emotionally soul stirring” craziness. He reminded me I don’t need to apply math and logic to every decision.

And... I’m just giddy!!!! It’s sooo cute, fun and feminine without being completely twee. It also practical as it has a removable shoulder strap and is teeny but holds a ton!!!

Once I’m ambulatory, Mr. S. is going to take me shopping to get some rose gold jewelry to coordinate. And, as soon as I have normal post op feet, he’s getting me shoes. So yippee!!

Thanks for letting me share and being excited with me! Ban Island is officially and happily left in the distance!

Hi Everyone!
Since these days I'm reading these underground, none of my likes/quotes are 'sticking'!!! Aaaargh!!! In any case, I'm loving all your posts!

The first time I went into an LV boutique was the fall of 2016. LV simply hadn't been on my radar before then. DH and I were in San Francisco, and my knee had a major fail right in the middle of our trip, so I was in a world of hurt. I was definitely NOT looking my best! No makeup, no energy to mess with my hair, and in yoga pants because my knee was swollen too badly to get my regular pants over it.

I hobbled into the boutique, and DH (who is super-protective of me) asked whether they could bring me a chair while I looked at bags. The SA immediately rushed to accommodate us! She brought EACH of us a chair, offered us coffee, and then started showing us the bags I was interested in. She let me take all the time I needed, and in the end I left with my adorable red Capucines BB. The experience cemented my relationship with both that particular SA and LV in general.

Thanks for the compliments! I’m very lucky to have Mr. S and really do love this bag. It’s not something I would have allowed myself to buy but, it makes me so happy. One thing that is really funny is that I hate to shop and Mr. S. likes shopping. Well, he’s bought a number of things for me from Fendi in store in the last couple of months (Gucci and Fendi tend to be his favorite brands for me) and now HE has a relationship with an SA. LOL!

He told me HIS SA, Matthew, now constantly sends him photos and suggestions. He likes the service and attention. It would drive me batty. But, if I get cute things out of the deal, then I encourage Matthew to keep blowing up Mr. S’s phone and email. LOL!

I like stores with this attitude. I'm in New England, so.....you know.
DD goes to Vegas every year to watch men play rugby. I make her do errands for me in the H boutiques, but she's usually hung over and messy. No worries. In Vegas every hungover slob could have wads of cash, so they treat everyone well.
Also - that is one beautiful bag!!!!

Completely adorable! Mr. S is a true gentleman. Rose gold jewelry AND shoes... wow! I would say he's a man who knows his "customer"!
