I'm sensing metallic with gold under the flap? Could be the lighting. Very cool bag regardless!
Does anybody remember if the medium or large saddle bag came in the burnished leather variety? TIA!
I know there was a burnished and a regular Saddle colour for the larger version (by that I mean a size up from the 23, not the men's version). The burnished one had a butterscotch kind of interior. I want to say the grey with oxblood interior was burnished as well?
I have a burnished Grey Saddle 23 and a burnished Saddle Saddle 23. I believe Butterscotch was also burnished along with the Bordeaux - both 23's. I don't recall seeing the larger size burnished but won't swear to it.
I love my two burnished Saddle bags. It gives them a little something different compared to my other 1941 bags. And the 23's hold ample for my daily needs.
I've always thought the burnished leather looked so good, (LOVE the olive and saddle!)but, like you, 23's were the only one I recall and the size on those were just a bit too small for me. The whiplash saddle bag just barely holds what I carry. (Dang large sunglasses case!) I picked up a burnished wallet recently and it got me to thinking about the burnished saddle bags again so I though I would ask. Thank you!
I could have sworn the saddle bag that is a step up from the 23 came in gray and it was burnished, I'd google and look at images.
I googled before I asked here and didn't really get a definitive answer.
Most of the burnished bags were called 23's and some that weren't called that had the same measurements. I have found some that were called 'large' but when I would look at the details, they were the 23's......so I gave up. lol! From the response here though, there were some medium burnished saddle bags, just maybe not in all the colors that the 23's came in.
