That's too bad, but I would take it back. It needs to be done correctly. Someone else revealed that their monogram was flawed too. The letters had "bleeding." I had my Saddle bag hang tag monogrammed with the Blind letters, and it's fine. I was thinking of having my Dinky hang tag monogrammed with a color, but feel a bit uneasy about the quality. I may stick with the Blind letters. I hope that you'll get this fixed and just love it! ;)

I stopped in to my newly remodeled boutique this weekend and was happy to see that they added the repair/monogramming area. Of course I had to get a hangtag. I just couldn't bring myself to get the flap done. Waaaay too scary for me! I meant to ask about the new cleaner being sold but forgot. Does anyone know about it? It appears to be a liquid rather than a lotion.

And before anyone asks, I don't have a middle name. I always tell people that my mother didn't love me enough to give me two names :roflmfao:

I don't have one either. My brother named me and my mother has no idea where he came up with the name from. She said she figured that my name was long enough that I didn't need a second one. :weird:

I was told that for the upcoming sale that's toward the end of this month the only saddle bag that's excluded is the patchwork. Also, I was told it's 25% off, not 30%. Has anyone else heard that?

I just received my whiplash Saddle Bag in oxblood from Saks in factory wrapped condition. I wish all bags were shipped this way.

Is this the PCE? I may have to sit out this round then; 25% is not enough unless we're talking about the Rogues (which are rumored to be excluded anyway)! Should have ordered the denim patchwork Mercer last time...darn.
