I was told the same thing yesterday by JAX. She was unsure of the colors were limited, but she did tell me the medium/regular seemed to be the most popular size. I ordered the Black/Oxblood in medium and she said there were 7 in the system. I got my shipping confirmation this morning, so it will be here tomorrow. I only wish I lived near a store to have it monogrammed.

I was just thinking the same thing on the monogram. I don't live near a store to get that done.

I wonder if they could ship it to a store to be monogrammed and back to you.

I am too much of a control freak to let someone monogram it without me being present.

Didn't Lenox have a remodel? Last time I was in that store in March, SAs said they were going to get one.

Yeah, they did. I was there last Friday. It was a lot darker with the adjusted lighting but it appears more upscale, I guess you could say.

Thank you! Yes I monogrammed both the bottom front center and one hangtag (the back of the color one). They were free. They let me choose what size, color, and location of monogram.

My initials are on the front and the hangtag has my last name. Just wanted something different.

Is the monogram stitched or hot stamped? I wonder if they'll do older bags as well...???
