I am soooo exited!! I just got off the phone with CS and talked to the most helpful agent! I was told this morning that I could call back and get my merchandise credit number once they shipped the card to me so I could use it. The number was still not in the system (boo), but she told me that there was a limited qty of each size / color combo available for the initial run following the runway show (I think she said 50). So she took my order and charged my card, then when the credit # populates in the system she will go ahead and refund that amount to my credit card. She said she would call me and let me know when that happens, but if I don't hear from her by Friday to call CS (she gave me her name and operator number). I didn't know this, but the hang tag with the color name on it is made from swatch of the actual leather used on the original bags! She said they tried to keep as many original details as possible from replicating the style number just has it would have looked on the original to the made with gloved tanned leather stamp under the flap. My bag is being delivered to me at work on Friday. She graciously said "I am going to have that gift wrapped for you, believe me you are going to want the packaging."
