Ok, help me ladies because I think I may be losing it! Back when these were first released, my SA called & had a small in the saddle color. I went, picked it up & took it home but returned it because it was too small. I SWEAR that small had an EXTERIOR back pocket/zip section (just like the medium does, I know for sure). The ones in stores now don't have any exterior pocket. And, the small seems bigger because I can easily fit my stuff in it...its driving me nuts wondering if they did a re-style since the original launch or whether my memory is worse than I thought...be honest...I'm losing it aren't I?

My large has the outside zip pocket, and I originally thought the large did NOT. I'm thrilled that it does!
I had the tag monogrammed, and then I changed my mind once my SA sent me the photos. The letters flaked already--before I even had the bag. Fortunately, the tags were replaced. Won't get near monogramming again.

Ok, I just read your post before you put up the pictures and it is the large. Thank you...you've convinced me that I want the large instead of the medium. I'm 5'9...the medium is nice, but it's too small for me, or I feel it is.
So it can be ordered, but it's $736 with tax. I'm going to return the medium one that I paid in the high fives with tax, so that's not so bad, but I haven't paid full price for a Coach ever. I don't know what to do. Should I hold out and wait for them to put it on sale? For those of you ladies who got it on sale, would you have paid full price? Is it worth $736?
I may have paid full price although I'm not sure. When I learned from my SA that I could use the 30% off, it was a done deal. No question. But it is supposed to be a special anniversary release, so that's a tough call.

It really depends on how much you want the bag. I wanted an annniversay bag,liked this style and color combo, and felt it would be excluded from the next few PCEs like other new bags have been. I'm also wanting the flap embossed with the blind embossing as that was one of the selling points of the bag to me.
Oh, I just went ahead and bought it, but I'm not going to return the other one until I compare the sizes and make 100% sure I'm okay with the large. And, I did spend full price for the medium saddle bag, so if I do keep it and return the medium that's not that much more...at least that's what I'm telling myself

.So, ironically, I had three Coach deliveries with guaranteed delivery today that all had flight delays causing a change in delivery until Monday. Crazy, because I live in Florida and it was shipped from FL. UPS still flies to the KY hub. Well, for the inconvenience Coach is giving me 25% off all three orders. And the large Saddle bag was one of the orders, so I don't have to pay full price after all. Isn't that wonderful customer service?
