Houses?or areas you two want to live.
we have an idea of where we want to live, but I feel until we have that 20% downpayment, I'm hesitant to fall in love with a house it area. It's akin to asking for Birkins but not having all the money to pay for it. It's dangling the carrot but we haven't gone to the start line.
I know it's a bit weird, so I'm trying to focus on small treats when I reach savings goals.
How about houses and neighborhoods. If you plan on having kids then add schools to the list.

I guess I should have read the rest of the page before I responded to bake because I just said the same thing.
Lol. I think I'll do the preliminary step and work on the down payment saving. Houses in the area we liked were going for $550k, so that's quite a bit of downpayment to save. Once the downpayment is saved, then I'll go crazy researching the actual neighborhoods and houses.
ETA: On the handbag front, would a twilly and a Burberry bear charm be too much on my Herbag?
Also, quite surprising to see how many people recognize the herbag. As I was shopping yesterday, many SAs were all "that's a lovely Herbag." or "This would look good on your Herbag!"

How is everyone doing? It seems awfully quiet in here. I wonder if with all the holiday sales people are shopping outside of their closet or if your just busy because of the season. I have been very busy shopping for my large family and trying not to buy anything else for myself. Hope you are all having a wonderful time.
It is busy time of the year. I have not really being shopping either and using bags I already own. Sadly, when I took out my Dooney, it got a stain on it in pizza place. I cleaned it with soap as they suggested and now there is a lighter spot on front I need to deal with. Grrr. Maybe some paint? I know that it is just a bag but still frustrating.

I sold 2 bags in November, had 3 more listed but nobody bit. Have to decide if I will list these again or let be.
So busy at work, with lots of submission before the year ends. I have one major major task on hand, but it needs assistance from another department. Sadly, I'm so frustrated with the pace of the person handling it from that end. Brings undue stress on me!

Today's contribution of 12 days of leather goods: my trusty LV card case in Amarante vernis. I can never capture the deep purple with the hint of gold sparkle in the color. It always comes out black.
I don't post much about this card case, as it's kind of in my bag but just in case. This is where my store loyalty cards are kept, appointment cards, my spare business cards (I always carry a couple). But it's a lovely card case, it carries a ton, right now it's packed to the gills.

Great job on sales do far. I would try leather moisturizer and see if that helps. Good luck with bag and the rest of your for sale items.
That looks soft! Everyone has such soft looking leather bags.
ETA: Should I search for the tpm Evelyne while in London, or focus on the watch? (the next item on my list of things to buy)
