Have fun! I love Peppa Pig! I'm not sure about DD. She likes it, but it's not her favorite. I almost use my LS today, too. (We have the same model, but mine is a floral one.) But I decide to take the Ravi Ravi instead. :) I figure I'll be sitting on the road painting on the floor, this should do a better job. :)

Why are you sitting on the road painting the frond? Just curious it sounds interesting!

Hi everyone! Hope you're all doing well. I'm way way behind on the thread, so I need to go back and catch up.

All is well with me...just busy.

My current bag/wallet combo - my MbMJ Hillier in Faded Aluminum that I got with my Amex Reward points, and this new Kate Spade Darla wallet in Train Car Red I got in the most recent Kate Spade sale. The duo together cost me a whopping $58. [emoji6]

In a mini wallet phase right now (so grab-n-go convenient) and love this burgundy paired with the dark gray of the bag.

Everyone ready for Thanksgiving? It's my favorite holiday so I'm totally jazzed!! [emoji2]

Smooshy leather!! What a great price for a great duo! :salute:

Have a great weekend to you and your family too!

I'm not in the technical side though, I am in the business side. :smile1:

Bummer on the rain! Children want to play!! I'm having some repairs done on my roof tomorrow, I hope it doesn't even drizzle one bit.

I think hubby's company may have your company as a client. :) He's an engineer in an international company.

The rain stopped about the same time DD woke up and in time for the event. We just came back. It's hot, but very lovely. :)

It's an art street festival. :) only this weekend, the people who live in part of the old town will close the road for three blocks (three junctions, actually, so more like 5-6 blocks?) and one of the art colleges and local people will participate in offering art activities to people and anyone can join in. :)

Here's DD using colored sand to paint on the street. (The staff sweep it all up after the day. When we left tonight, they were sweeping all off.)

There's a cloth dying project.

ImageUploadedByPurseForum1448112567.348265.jpg

And her finished work. ;)

We can take it home, but we have to wash it before so all the excess dye come off. :) They did dry it first and already soak it with some kind of formula to make the dye stick. (I didn't get to ask much details. The staff are quite busy. They're all volunteer art students from a college in the area.)

A string orchestra? Violins and cellos.

ImageUploadedByPurseForum1448112757.659123.jpg

There're also a mini concerts, mimes, puppets show, traditional plays, etc. and many other activities like making toys, speed illustration, etc. Overall, it's a very good time. :)

Hellooo  my dear friends who I have been totally neglecting

What with work and modding I am B.U.S.Y but I had to come back and show you, because it's what brought me here. As you may remember I ordered a bag from Hermes. They are notoriously slow to get whatever in, but that's H. The problem for me was not spending the money for the special H GP before it came in

I sold a few bags, gave away another 2 (yay) but temptation was all around and succumbed to to Gucci sale bags, a vintage croc Hermes and an ostrich tote along the way (woooooops!!!!)

However, I made it. When the day came I still had just enough without totally embarrassing myself. In the end I passed on the cw I first ordered and went with what will now be called Papertiger green (or should I be now called Bamboutiger LOL?)

So here it is: my Garden Party with Quadridge lining. I was so excited I could sleep 'till 5am :cray:

Anyway, job done! Thanks so much to each and every one of you :hugs:

Such a lovely combo. I love that squishy leather! I'm thinking about getting a mini wallet, too, but not sure how mini I can go in term of everyday wallet.

We don't have Thanksgivings here, but I think everyone's pretty geared up for Christmas now. We, as a country, just love to celebrate all kind of festivals, I guess. :) (I like Christmas the most, actually. It's my favorite and just a lovely festival. I also have lots of childhood memories regarding this event. ;) )

That's such a bright color! I guess you love green? ;) I've never seen this green in person, but it really reflect the color of the bamboo leaves perfectly. And that lining is a plus. ;) I like how you pair it with a scarf. :)

Yes. It's so fun. Well, she had a great time, but got a little bit upset when the balloon that she wanted is a lot pricier than a budget that I have for her. :( She did handle it so well though. I'm so proud of her today. :)

Next week, I plan to take her to another event. If we're lucky enough, I'll have a nice shot of the event to show here. :)

We usually have lots of events and activities going on around this time of the year. I guess coz the weather isn't as hot as other time of the year and it's just all the spirit of the festival. I'm so happy we can make it today, too. :)

Papertiger green is a lovely green!! Congrats on your lovely GP and scarf, and Gucci and others. ;) Letting go of some items to make way for new ones is something I can totally relate to. :D

Thanks so much

I think the artificial light brightened it a bit more but I seem to like green and greys/silver for bags it's true. I love green places too like parks, woods and forests so maybe that's it :D

Thanks msd, the best thing with liking similar colours for bags is that there are less justifications for spending on new co-ordinating items...although it doesn't always stop me LOL.

I heard through a mutual friend how I made someone sooo happy by giving her an old Prada bag (I asked her if she'd want it first). That made me happy too.
