Tonight, I'm very upset with the development of the customer service in a brand I used to like. I just found out they ban a customer just because that customer decided to sell her no-longer-wanted bag from that brand. Really? I thought the bag is mine after I bought it and it's my right to do whatever I want with them. I'm sad and infuriated. And I'm disappointed to see that some people think it's not important at all. Some even applauded of the policy coz it'll hopefully prevent the reseller. Well, people do have different opinion, but well,.... I guess I just didn't see it coming. I ranted it out with DH and he laughed and said that if I feel that way, he agrees with me that I should no longer support the brand. I know I'll not buy from them again and I'm ok with it. But I'm just sad that this practice is happening to the brand I once loved. Not to mention that I feel like a fool that I can't let their bags that I own go coz I still love them.![]()
Do what makes you happy.
I do not resell often, but if I do, that should be my choice and to hear they'd wanna ban you for selling something you no longer use just seems crazy to me.
But I've already left that brand, the price hikes were too crazy for me.
Got a late start today and the sky looks very ominous so I am switching out of my Kate Spade. Rain and open top bag do not go well together. At least I got to take her out and see it and give it a bit of moisturizer before I put her back .
Bummer!
I am wearing my Bally next week and it's supposed to rain. Somehow I don't really think an open top will be an issue for me haha.

I'll be switching out of my Neverfull soon, so here's one more pic!
