2015 resolution - shopping from my own bag and wallet collection. Any one else?

Spending weekend at my parents while DH is away and just hanging out with them. Carrying my Coach soho small hobo - she's carrying my current wallet, key holder, phone, kleenex, and small notebook and pen. I think she is my smallest bag not counting small crossbody and clutches.

Spent a full work week with KS and still undecided. I think I hadn't used her in long enough stretches before - most of the uncertainty I had about her aren't as bad as I thought, but she still def can't fit as much as other bags I have in her size because of her middle compartment and structure. Will continue to use her next week.

Don't congrats me yet. I am almost ready to pull the trigger on it.

Here is a stock photo. The color is elephant. View attachment 2857307 I love how it's light weight!

So I said goodbye to my baby spy. It was in mint condition so maybe that's why it fetched a higher price tag. As for the Vince jacket, the funny thing is my friend bought the same jacket but in mauve. I loved it but they only had XS. When I hopped into the store they had my size and yellow tagged. I spend a good few minutes there trying my hardest to see why it was there. Like, something MUST be wrong. The SA said someone returned it yesterday. Such a soft and light weight jacket.

PVC and coated canvas are kind of one in the same. Have the same feel.

Moved into my TB quilted satchel yesterday. View attachment 2857313

Love that jacket lou, the leather looks tdf! Love the TB satchel too!

Thanks. Me too. I have a son on the autism spectrum and he loves those kitties so dearly. They are his best friends. They are such good cats. 😇

Awwwww :) that is awesome!

Today , I dug out my LV Cabas beaubourg . It is such a user friendly bag. I really was in shopping mode, so I shopped my closet for a bag.

That is an awesome bag dc, yay for shopping your closet!

Good job!

Yesterday I took my Evelyne out for dinner. I want to take her out again today, but it's raining. So I'll take my new LP with the strap. :)

Ooo excited about Evelynes outing, hope the rain clears up so you can carry her more!

I think I'm caught up. Jenny and Clevercat, my sympathies on your losses.

Thank you so much Katiesmama :)

Gosh this thread moves so fast! Egg - I think you asked what I'm thinking of consigning. I have sent photos of a few things off for a quote - including some Chanel and Balenciaga. I have noticed that when I am grieving I either over-shop or I purge so I'll wait until the quotes come back before deciding what to do. After all, before Christmas I was congratulating myself on having a small but perfect bag collection with nothing missing....sigh. Part of me thinks it's just the heartache making me want to do something - ANYTHING - to stop feeling bad. Norton was one of those furry critters who got right into my heart. It's hard to wake up each morning and not have his medication and feeding routine...I just miss him.
Today I am going to go through my wardrobe. I have clothes in there that are unworn and way too big for me and I'm going to take them to an animal rescue charity shop. I also would like to buy a new wardrobe so this decluttering will I hope help me realise what size/storage areas I will need. Definitely need to look at how to store my bags and accessories away from scratchy little claws and teeth :-)

So happy I carried this today. It was pouring on the way home.

I've...been bad.

DBF kept his word on the second scarf. And I basically had the whole store to myself...

I came home with 1 90cm scarf and 2 twillys. And a tie for DBF. Lol

So now I've got to enforce my ban to my birthday.

But I did return a blouse with the clutch. Lol. Sigh.

Donating to an animal rescue charity sounds perfect for your stuff!

Oh, new scarves? Hope you show them off in your style book thread. How do you wear your twillys?

Yes, no more. I'm with you. After YouTube videos, reading reviews and threads and chatting with DH, I decided to go ahead and buy the bag with my consignment money. In the meantime I moved into my Gucci Nice tote since it's rainy. Will snap a photo tmw.
