My SA moved to a different state years ago and we have kept in touch all these years. He still works for Coach and I order most of my stuff from him, sometimes I cheat and order online. I don't know why but when I order through him I feel guilty to return stuff back. After a couple of people mentioned the additional 20% discount I texted him last night and he said he would give me the same discount but he didn't offer it to me at the time I bought 6 bags from him.

Oh nice! I guess the associates just didn't think we know about these elusive invites; mine was nice enough to notify me about the store events, but the F&F would be a great motivation for shopping. No regrets for buying the 6 boroughs and 1 urbane from the capsule collection back in the day (2014), but with the rising prices recently would love to have further discounts. Most of my SAs went to another company altogether, so it's great that you're staying with yours at another state.

I only had the tote on my list and I'm trying to stick to that one only. I'm in the market for a smaller black crossbody possibly a dinky or saddle bag. I'm attempting to wait since black will always be available but also torn because it's not a seasonal color, so it's less likely to go on sale. I just sold another bag today so feel pretty good.

I told my SA to CALL ME IMMEDIATELY if the black linked Tote went up on sale, but I don't know if that'll happen. :/ The links seem to be a feature that's hanging on for future collections, and pure black is not seasonal.
