Wait until you see it. It's so pretty in person. I can't begin to descibe how lovely it is. It's super rare I go into a coach store and see a bag and think I must have it. it's happened 5 times in 20 years of buying bags. It happened with this bag. Website photos did nothing for me on this, but IRL...

Whaaaat! When I bought my satchel, I was told that sale items are final sale! Maybe there's a different policy here in Canada. That's a little unfair, though.

Must be because I specifically asked that- I ordered the rocket and felix rogues in chalk. I wanted a chalk rogue and figured I can turn these around to have a plain look. But if I do not fancy one or the other, back they go. Would not have ordered if I knew it was a final sale since I have seen neither irl. I hope your SA was wrong.
