Is it normal to have 4/ FOUR! unfinished leather sticking out ends on the strap? Forgive if that was ever brought up here but I get 2 leather pieces like that but 4 seems too much for me. I notice them. Is it just my bag or they all are the same way? Do they bother any of you?

Help my Chanel 19’s strap is so squeaky! It is the small 20k goatskin and I’ve had it since August and the chain is so loud even my husband comments on it. I’ve tried leather conditioner and it isn’t helping. I thought if I worked the chains some it would go away but alas no luck and it’s been over 6 months. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix? I’m about ready to sell it cuz it bothers me to carry it, it’s the wrong kinda loud
