^^Thanks for the info! I actually think I would prefer the maxi - I'm pretty tall and, well, not thin, so I think the bigger bag would give me the look I'm going for. Does anyone know if they'll still be making the Maxi besace in GH after this season?

Don't think so, but if you are looking for the maxi Besace your best bet is to check out RealDealCollection.com -- Corey has awesome pre-owned Bals and you would be most likely to find an older style on her site. By the way I am tall and not so thin and the maxi is just the right size & length for me. Good Luck -- hope you find your bag!! :smile1:

FYI i saw a black maxi besace with GOLD hw at barney's sf and i noticed that the small besace is available on barneys.com in anthracite with GSH. the maxi is from 08 but i don't know whether the anthracite is 08 or 09.

I am dying to own the Maxi Besace w/ GSH... Any color I'll take it as long as it's with GSH.

Please Ladies, if you find one let me know. I am in Sydney, Australia and I am new here in TPF. I recently have rekindled my relationship with Bal bags after purchasing my 4th which was RTT in Sapphire with GSH. I really believe that Bal is now a Classic bag and not just an It bag.

I love it and the next one is the Maxi Besace. HELP me find one. :drool:

The Maxi besace is gorgeous. I had never even considered a besace until today. I have been on a bag ban and haven't bought any bags since October last year. But Christmas is around the corner and I have been really really good. Now I hope I can find one. Please PM me know if anyone finds a black with GGH. I will check with my local stockist too.
