Colors that you WISH Balenciaga made....

After reading the somewhat boring selection for F/W09 I thought I'd give Balenciaga a few ideas:

* Paris Green - I just love this color and it's never been done before.

deep deep raspberry

Jadite Green - Love this color

A deep persimmons

and of course!:

on my screen, the paris green looks just a shade off of vert thyme, with the edge of the chair looking a bit like vert gazon.
the persimmon looks like tomato, and the jadite green looks a bit like vert deau.

So you could get pretty close to the colors you want...but I know what you mean--a shade off makes a big difference, cause I love sahara but don't love naturel or mastic. And I love saddle, but not sienna.

As for a color I wish Bal had made, a light grayish green, which is what I imagine seafoam to look like on a cloudy day. Bal's seafoam is too blue in my opinion.

^^Exactly. There are some close calls - but nothing quite right yet. I agree with subtle differences really being huge:

I love Saddle, but sienna not as much

I love Rouge Vif, but Tomato not as much

^^and these colors are all so close to each other. It's funny like that.

One color that they did do and I loved was FRENCH BLUE but it seems like it was a small edition because you see very few FB bags out there or for sale. Also FB had such a huge dye lot problem and fading (like '06 lilac). I'd love for them to do French Blue again - sigh.

I'd also like another really electric blue like 05 Indigo.
I saw one when I couldn't buy it, but it's pretty rare to find them.

And yes, if there was another RT, I would buy it in a heartbeat, lambskin or not!
