My PST (less than a year old) has some loose stitching were the snap is located. If I take it to the Chanel (Nordstrom) were I bought it, will they send it out for repair and how long will it take ?

you should be able to take it back where you bought and get it repaired free of charge for first year. It depends where nordstrom sends your bag for repair. They should be able to give you an estimate when you drop it off.

I JUST picked up my GST back from repair in Chanel Nordies Seattle today as well.. mine was sent out to be fixed 'locally' whatever that means.. It had some loose stitching after 2 months of wear.. took the bag about two weeks to come back.. and I paid $20 + tax

loose stitching after 2 months of wear? That's pretty scary though. I thought their quality is very good.(but maybe not their durability) Hm...looks like I should wear mine with an extra care.
