Another great one to check out is http://www.essentialdayspa.com/. EDS also has the absolute best skin care (only) forum around! I'm on there everyday. Those ladies (not including myself LOL) are extremely knowledgeable about products and DIY stuff. I can't even begin to tell you how much I've learned on there, so if you can't find what you're looking for here you might want to check out EDS.

I had wonderful experiences with the 800 number for Sephora. Their CS reps are top notch and even told me not to buy certain items based on my complexion and skin tone. They also threw in a lot of samples.
