I know a few of the girls have removed these shoulder straps on other types of bags, but I always assumed they cut them off. I'm not sure if there's a less invasive way to do it. Hopefully one of them will see your post and answer your question.
Here is my new '06 grey diagonal flap.
1. Is there a way to slip these leather shoulder thingies off of the chains?
2. Really basic question - how do you change from double to single chains?
