girls i need to know if the vachetta leather on IT bags darken nicely over time without being messy and how long does it take for it to completely change color. thanks for ur input.

It does darken, but I don't know how long it takes. I've had two vachetta-trimmed bags for about three months now. I carry each one maybe once a month, and I store them on purse hooks, away from the sun. Mine haven't darkened at all yet. I think the process takes a long time.

I dont own a D&B but my grandma does and heres has only darken a bit and it is 2 years old.
