I don’t think it’s a H bag. It’s a reference to Jane Birkin’s style which inspired the Birkin bag and she added a twilly to it.

Ohhh gotcha! It's missing a bit of leather for a h bag lol if they were ever to come out with a full picnic look

If I were to dissect this photograph like one discussing themes of a book in a book club, I would say that this is a brilliant satire to the current trend of mini bags: the small trendy item is just an accessory and we still need the big bag to carry our lives

ETA: I don’t like most influencers or public personas in the realm of Hermes but these two are SO witty! Love them.

Talk about commitment to a brand...and the time it took to create these PFW looks. Hope they had fun with it. These looks are the complete counterpoint of the look shown on the runway they were headed towards.
