Can a LV bag preowned can be exchange? According with the datecode this bag was made in 2017 Monogram MM. It has 3 cracks.

You need to visit the store and have the bag assessed by an employee.

I’m over an hour away from an LV store, so I could probably take my bag in for repair or drop it off, but to do both would just be a pain. If I drop it off and pay for shipping would they ship it back to my house ? If so has anyone done this

i've never had a problem with them shipping an item to me after repair. also, i've never been charged for the shipping either.

You can buy plates from Facebook LV groups for around $100

Hi everyone! Just received my brand new Graceful MM on Monday and noticed right away that one of the brass rings is not properly closed. The bag is sold out all over Canada so the customer service said they could just reimburse me or I could take it to store to see if they could try to fix it on site. Do you think it's a quick fix that can be done at the store? My appointment is tomorrow morning... bit anxious! I dont want them to send it away to get it repaired in the US, was told it could take up to 12 weeks! Thanks!

No, they couldn't and it was an 8 to 12 week repair so they exchanged it for another graceful mm but with a beige interior. I love it too so it's ok

I dropped off my 10 yr old neverfull mm for all vachetta replacement. I do have some cracking on the top where binding is. LV I went too have their own atelier in store. Surprised that LV atelier took it for repair. Itll take 6 months though.. so i think it really depends on the SA you talk to.. she will have inside pockets replaced and all vachetta replacement all for 450$

I think its great you get her fixed! She's gonna be like a new bag. I believe they fix it because the part that has cracked is covered by leather which will stabilize it. I think it would be different story if the cracking were more centered or near the seams that aren't covered with leather since that kind of damage would affect the overall construction of the bag.

I guess. A lot of people from an fb group i had, said that they will deny me after the final assesment at the LV repair center, but today. I got an update on my LV repair tracker that assessment is DONE and my bag is under repair. I was dreading and researching if they can deny the repair after my SA’s assesment. Wew!!
