Agenda Shopping

I'm in the market for a small classic agenda and I'm not too familiar with Hermes. I've been using my phone as my agenda and it's a pain putting in more details than just the event and time.

I've been looking at the LV Epi Small Ring Agenda.

Just wondering if there is a comparable Hermes option and what the cost would be? I just want basic leather. My preferences are below:

-A small size no bigger than my hand
-Ability to be refilled with other brand's papers (so I can include pages from my university's generic agenda and little plastic pockets for photos, etc.)
-Leather
-Preferrably in the $200-300 range but not neccessary.

Thanks so much for your help! I guess I should've done a search. I just browsed a few of the threads in reference and shopping and didn't see these threads. stupid me!

Um.... I don't know I think the LV agenda looks better. The ones in Vernis I think looks the nicest IMO, although they might scratch easily.
