Peeling Chanel Hologram Sticker

Hi everyone,
I don't own anything Chanel but planning to get my first preloved Mini. The bag I'm interested in is from 2016, but there's this photo of the hologram sticker. Is it normal for it to be peeling this much? Is it only going to get worse and just fall off? It's a bit disappointing..

It's not normal to see a hologram sticker peeling off like this at four corners, especially for 224xxxxx, which is relatively recent. The hologram itself is authentic but I would be cautious buying it.

Agree with designermgt...it's supposedly a new mini with 22 series...i dont think stickers peel like this. Looks like it was ripped off some bag n pasted on this! I have preloved bag from 12 series?...n its still nicely stuck on bag!

Its so recent of a serial number to be so messed up!!! I would totally worry too!!! don't get it

yeah that is so sketch!! like they peeled a sticker off another bag and stuck it on this one. stay away!!!

I'm curious if anyone knows a way to "protect" the sticker. I've seen being sold bags with the hologram sticker missing and avoided them like the plague.

So I want to protect mine if at all possible. Anyone knkw of an approach that works?

hi, I’m planning to buy this chanel double flap caviar but the hologram was peel off and the seller put it in the authenticity card? is that ok? is this bag authentic? thank you.
