How to remove a lock without a key

I purchased a preloved bag and it came with a lock but no keys. The lock is on the zipper pull. Anyone know how to remove the lock without the key and not damage the pull?

look at the number on the lock then ask vuitton for the matching key

If you live close to a LV then you can just pop in and a SA can provide you with the necessary key. Otherwise your best bet would be to look at the number at the bottom of the lock and call CS to see if they can order you a replacement (often a new lock and key set)

Sometimes you can also find a key on ebay...

You can try any other keys you might have as some of them do work on different numbers. Pot luck but worth a shot if you have any.
Otherwise LV can remove it for you.
