Garance red vs red

Can anyone please tell me how garance red is different from regular red? I already have the regular red and don't want to get another similar red again unless they're totally two different shades. Any pictures would be really helpful! [emoji1374]

This might be a bit late for any decision making, but maybe I can help. Pictures show my red garance against the cherry Le Pliage Cuir. Garance has a pink undertone versus a flat primary red colour, but it isn't a pink bag at all. I have to say, I LOVE my garance, and find it a very versatile colour.

Thanks a lot! I still haven't made the decision yet so you are very helpful! I already have deep red so hopefully red garance will be a little different since it looks nice in the picture [emoji5]
