please authenticate these marc jacob stams

Lined in suede with chunky gold hardware and a detachable gold chain, w/inner brass engraved plaque.

Metallic Blue Quilted Stam
black canvas lining
one small zipped exterior pocket w/engraved logo
huge snap lock clasp w/engraved logo
interior has one zip up pocket, mobile and open pocket
four metal protective feet
measures 37cm long, 25cm high, 17cm wide

Is it supposed to have the 'loop stitching' above the zipper? Most black ones don't. Everything else is fine except the lining. Shouldn't it be suede/twill?
