Hermès reported my authentic item on eBay as counterfeit

I currently have a few Hermès items that I no longer use for sale on eBay. The problem is that apparently they reported one of them as being counterfeit. I purchased this item myself from the H store and still have all of the original paperwork. I called eBay and they said the only way to be able to get the item relisted is to have approval from Hermès since they are the ones who reported it.

This is so frustrating because I see a lot of fakes on eBay and the item I am selling is not commonly faked and I was selling it for an appropriate price.

Has anyone ever had an issue like this? Who did you contact and was it resolved quickly?

So bizarre! The "experts" from Hermes cannot recognize an authentic Hermes bag. Yikes! Lesson of the day: Ladies, save your paperwork.
