Black vernis with gold hardware coming soon!

I heard from my SA today that LV is bringing out black vernis with gold hardware in December. Apparently they are doing this because of a lot of customer feedback about the dark hardware.

Would you mind sharing in what country you heard this? I'm going to see my SA next week about the Montana in Black and I'm worried about the hardware chipping... Would be nice to be able to tell him this.

that is the issue which has kept me from getting that exact bag - i've read and heard about the chipping.

I went to my local store today and the manager confirmed this but will only apply to the Alma, not the Montana.
