Plasticky material inside bag?

I got my first longchamp from bag shop, lagoon le pliage, and the inside material feels plasticky / rubbery/ weird. Is this normal?

Sounds like a normal Le Pliage. It's got a waterproof lining that also is stain resistant.

oh! haha i thought it might have been fine, but then i went to Nordstrom and felt the inside of the fall bags and it was a little bit different. Also, i'm using this bag for the first time today, and the lagoon color is rubbing off on the inside of the bag. So now there are (pretty) streaks of lagoon on the white. Also normal?
