Hi please help,
I purchased the new mini trapeze yesterday from Printemps in Paris but I am from Uk and I have now returned to UK and back home upon checkin the bag I realised the zip on the bag is faulty, the end bit of the zip - metal part is missing ( please see attached pic) well I zip it right up to the end it's difficult to unzip easily due to the missing metal part and gets caught onto the material .
Do you know will it get repaired free of charge or would anything be done about it? It's Sunday tomorrow and most of the stores do not open and I have emailed celine so hopefully they will get back to me soon .
Feeling really down and disappointed
