Yes, the stitching is raised and a more subdued black, but still definitely black.

hehe, yes your stunning woc is indeed black, LOL, but I meant the electric blue that I have seen in the flap wallet in the quilted stitching style. Sorry I mustn't have worded my previous post properly. Again gorgeous WOC.
