Fake Chanel purses.

I live in Florida and we have plenty of flea markets that sell all kinds of designer purses.I have noticed that they sell Chanel bags.
I would like to know how do I know if the bag is a fake or is genuine?My gut feeling is the bag is a fake.
How do I tell if it is fake?How does one identify authenticity?

Depends on the exact bag, different features about the bag. But usually the general quality is a dead giveaway....unless its one of the super fakes!! I'd say go with your gut. But if theres a particuliar bag your interested at the flea market,why not ask the seller of it if you can take some pics and post them in the authenticate it forum to be sure. Also if their offering them at really low prices then they probally are fake. You know what they say If something seems to good to be true then it probally is.

If you think it is, it probably is. There was a post on here a while ago with specific things to look for but cannot remember by who or exactly when. Maybe someone else will remember and post.
