I have two Viking ovens, and in the summer I use my toaster oven. It’s great too if there are only two of you. I have the Cuisinart Toaster Oven-Broiler. It's very easy to clean, you can put the tray and grate right in the dishwasher.

I also have a toaster/convection oven that I use when I don't want to turn on the oven or use the microwave. I like heating up food or toasting bread with it and you can also cook your meals with it. It's so convenient. In fact I just used it to make teriyaki pineapple meatballs.
